PROJECT OVERVIEW

To provide new building services including heating, domestic hot and cold water, ventilation and air-conditioning to an existing building on a live site.

The scheme comprises the forming of sixteen Section 136 rooms/ suite for sectioned mental health patients. Each room is equipped with anti ligature fittings, white-rock finishes, associated interview rooms, staff areas and high secure circulation.

JACKWOLF'S SOLUTION

The building service installation has been designed and implemented in full compliance with Health Technical Memoranda (HTM) standards, which provide the necessary technical guidance for design, installation, and on going maintenance of health care buildings to ensure safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

PROJECT DELIVERY

The existing plant room required to house the new HTM 03 compliant AHU, which is purposely oversized due to cleaning and maintenance access. With collaboration with the design and construction team we managed to install the HTM 03 to everyone’s satisfaction.
